I will require help from the bus captain during peak hours. Can I do so?

The safety of commuters will always remain as the top priority for bus captains, hence we seek your understanding that our bus captains may not be able to render assistance promptly during peak hours. Morning peak hours are from 6.00am to 9.00am while evening peak hours are from 5.00pm to 7.30pm.

The bus captain read my card and did not provide me with the required help.

Our bus captains are trained to identify the card and render necessary assistance so that you have a pleasant journey. In the event that your experience is unsatisfactory, please inform our customer service team at 6812 6458 anytime between 7.30am to 8pm daily. Alternatively, you may leave your feedback or enquiry through this contact form

I will require a seat on the bus, can the bus captain ask a fellow commuter to vacate the seat for me?

The card will clearly inform a bus captain that the user needs a seat, therefore the bus captain will encourage others to give up their seat to the best of his/her ability.

What if I need a seat but no one offers me one even after the bus captain asks?

You may ask someone politely for a seat, however, please understand that the person seated may also require it.

What if there is no space for my wheelchair/ stroller/ pushchair?

Please approach the bus captain for assistance.
