08 August 2016, Singapore – Go-Ahead Singapore employees met Mr Teo Chee Hean, Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris – Punggol GRC and approximately 400 residents of the constituency at a National Day dinner on Saturday evening.

During the event, Mr Nigel Wood, Managing Director of Go-Ahead Singapore, along with some of his staff, including Bus Captains and family members introduced themselves to residents and deepened their understanding of the issues that matter most to local bus users.

Mr Wood commented: “Our employees reflect the communities they serve and we will be an integral part of everyday life in Pasir Ris and Punggol from early next month.

The National Day dinner was an excellent platform for engaging with the local community and is a further step in our drive to build strong connections and create public support for our services.

Singapore has come a long way in 51 years and aspires to achieve more.  We intend to play our part by delivering high quality public transport that puts passengers at the heart of what we do, thus ensuring that every journey is taken care of.”
